Find below code and put your twitter username.
Find below codes.

Just replace # with your links and also the linking text with yours.
You will see 5 widget at top in your layout like below.
Just hit edit button of each widget and place your featured post in it in below form and please dont give any title to that widget.

Just replace bold text above with as written.And add it like his to all 5 widgets and keep widget title blank.
